WHITE ARC BEDROOM

WHITE ARC BEDROOM

The concept :

This 300 sq. ft. residential project in Sushant Lok Phase 1 was designed as a seamless bedroom and balcony experience. The idea was simple yet intentional, to transform a once flashy room into a calm, soothing retreat using white as the base. The bedroom and balcony were designed together to create visual continuity, softness and breathing space.

The idea was simple yet intentional, to transform a once flashy room into a calm, soothing retreat using white as the base. The bedroom and balcony were designed together to create visual continuity, softness and breathing space.

The brief :

Designed for a young entrepreneur girl, the brief focused on moving away from loud colours toward a serene, calming palette. The client envisioned a larger-feeling bedroom with a deck-style balcony extension, along with a dedicated makeup area, study space and a functional wardrobe, all without cluttering the room.

The outcome :

The result is a softly layered white bedroom where curves replace sharp edges. Curved false ceilings and mouldings bring flow to the space, while arched shutter details add subtle character. Natural wooden elements balance the white palette, keeping the room warm and grounded.

Backlit onyx wall lights, hanging fixtures and carefully placed surface lights create a gentle glow, enhancing the calming atmosphere throughout the day and night. Inspired by Pantone’s 2026 Color of the Year, “Cloud Dancer“ White, this space quietly achieved the trend a year earlier, in 2025.
