The space is a builder floor on a 200 sq. yard corner, park-facing plot in DLF Phase 1, featuring spacious 3BHK layouts for comfortable living.
The concept :
The space is a builder floor on a 200 sq. yard corner, park-facing plot in DLF Phase 1, featuring spacious 3BHK layouts for comfortable living.
The brief :
The client wanted a luxurious, park-facing residential building spanning four, each having its own buyer. Each floor was to feature a 3BHK apartment with premium finishes, a dedicated servant area, and parking for up to eight cars. Key requirements included a lift, a designer staircase, and a rooftop space designed for parties and celebrations.
The outcome :
We handled the complete construction, architecture, and interior design of this project on a north-facing 200 sq. yard plot. The ground floor included a lift lobby, four servant rooms, and ample open space to accommodate up to eight vehicles (2 for each floor).
Each upper floor followed an identical layout: a wide entry passage opened into a spacious living and dining area, connected to a modern kitchen separated by a glass partition. Each apartment featured three bedrooms, all with attached washrooms.
The kitchen was equipped with generous storage, modular fittings, premium woodwork, and layered lighting to enhance both function and style. We used high-end Italian flooring throughout each of the homes. Bedrooms included sleek wardrobes with integrated lighting and metal-framed tinted glass for a refined, contemporary finish.
